Our mission extends beyond coffee itself. We seek to educate and empower our customers about the importance of fair trade, sustainability, and connection to the land.
At 15•86 Coffee, we want to share stories, flavors, and values that unite people from different cultures around a shared passion: coffee.
We work directly with producers and their micro-lots to guarantee the coffee's originality.

We work with high-quality coffee with scores above 86, and with altitudes between 1,100 and 2,000 meters.

Visionary, strategic, and committed to excellence, Karim leads the project with a clear focus: to position Honduran specialty coffee as a global benchmark. He knows coffee from the root and combines field expertise with a modern, sustainable, and impact-driven business vision.
He transforms our story into an immersive online experience. He designs, develops, and optimizes the website, digital catalogs, and interactive tools for traceability and sales. His work ensures that the excellence of our coffee is also lived in the digital realm.
He turns coffee into a visual and emotional experience. He's in charge of packaging design, branding, social media, and graphic materials. His elegant and minimalist style enhances the premium value of each variety, communicating identity with strength and sensitivity.
With training in cupping and processing, Edwin ensures that each lot we deliver meets international quality standards. He oversees the process from farm to cup, working closely with producers to achieve coffees scoring 86+ to 98 on the SCA scale.
He builds strong relationships with strategic partners, media, producers, and clients, while producing audiovisual content that authentically tells the story and value of our coffee. From interviews to farm documentaries, his work connects people, stories, and emotions.
Committed to Honduras and its producers, Álvaro showcases to the world one of the finest coffees that exist. He creates true value by providing positioning, service, and fair returns—both for those who grow his coffee and those who enjoy it.
